Charges:
1. Work with the Board of Director to support the adoption and implementation of the proposed/revised Bylaws.
2. Review resolutions submitted by committees or the Board of Directors to ensure they are in accordance with the Bylaws and that they are in proper form. For each proposed/revised resolution, prepare a brief statement of pro and con views, and where applicable, prepare a plan with estimated costs, if any, for implementation.
3. Review resolutions five years or older to determine if they should be retired, revised, or reaffirmed.
