Concerned Educators of Black Students

 

To improve the quality of reading instruction at all levels, to develop an awareness in our citizenry of the impact of reading, to promote the development among all people of a level of reading proficiency that is commensurate with each individual's unique capacity, and to sponsor conferences and meetings planned to implement the purpose of the Association.
